Milk should only be taken warm and, preferably, spiced with ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, or turmeric. Good alternatives to cow‘s milk are soya milk, rice milk, almond milk, oats milk, coconut milk
Fresh cheeses such as quark, mozzarella, feta, and ricotta are easier to digest than hard, old ones and are also less mucus producing.
Drinks Black tea, Ginger Tea
Most essential is the use of various spices i.e. Cumin, coriander, fennel, ajwain, black pepper, and saffron. Helps improve digestion and reduces bloating.
FOODS TO AVOID-
Bread, pizza, pasta, wheat chappati, and white rice.
Avoid sugary foods as much as possible like cakes, desserts, soda, fatty foods like pork, beef, fried foods, spicy foods, refined foods like polished rice and refined flour, alcohol, caffeinated beverages. Intake of sodium and animal proteins should be limited.
