How to Balance Pitta Dosha With Ayurvedic Treatment?

Effective Panchkarma Treatment for Imbalance Pitta Dosha:

Virechana is the sedated purgation treatment that scrubs the body from the Pitta Dosha and eliminates toxins from the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and nerve bladder.

Virechana is a sodhana (purification) treatment. This is typically finished after Snehapana and three days of fomenting. Medication will be in any structure, fluid or powder, or decoction and should be taken while fasting. Before taking the medication, the patient should hydrate regularly until defecations start.

Pitta dosha is seated in the stomach, intestine, lymph, sweat, skin, blood, and eyes. Pitta is predominantly seated in the navel. That’s why it is vital to naturally expel excess dosha from the navel area.

When you opt for Panchkarma treatment for pitta imbalance, the vitiated pitta gets expelled from the body through the anal route, pitta dosha gets balanced, and the health problems caused by pitta dosha get cured.
