Live Anti-Acne Life With Ayurveda
Pimples aren't just a sign of puberty. Adult Acne is also increasing due to diet, stress, and fluctuating hormone levels. Here is a comprehensive Ayurveda guide for clear skin.
Acne is among the most frequent skin problems, affecting over 95 percent of people worldwide at some point in their lives. These statistics may seem depressing; however, there's a silver side: Since this condition is now more prevalent, there is more research about the various forms of Acne, and its treatment is going on. But the best is natural Ayurveda treatment without any harsh side effects on the skin.
Treatment for Acne involves reducing Pitta and Ama. Along with this, one should also avoid external heat.
Diet and lifestyle to eliminate Acne should include following a Pitta and Ama reducing diet to balance the doshas, pacify the Pitta and reduce Ama.
Important: Do not squeeze pimples because this can spread the infection, causing more pimples and possibly scars on your skin.
How do Cystic Acne appear?
These are bumps that are deep below the surface with no head. They usually appear on women between the jawline and the neck. The condition is prevalent in people with oily skin.
A combination of oils (sebum) and dirt and dead skin cells get trapped in the pores (especially during the periods when estrogen can trigger sebum production to increase). Lesions can be red and painful, triggering darker spots and leaving scars for a long time after the breakout has healed. This is why cystic acne treatment is fast with chemical-infused treatment, but they leave scars because of quick chemical reactions on the affected site. Ayushakti Ayurved works on the root cause and eliminates the problem once and for all.

What causes Blackheads/ Whiteheads?
Their root begins in "sebum plugs" inside a pore, also known as the hair follicle—a Blackhead sebum made from dead skin cells and bacteria that block the pore's opening. If a blocked pore is closed, a whitehead develops. They're less noticeable and less cystic than spots.
Blackheads are black because there are comedones that have been opened. When bacteria, sebum as well as dead cells of the skin are exposed to the air, the oxidation process begins, and it turns darker. Whiteheads, closed comedones, these impurities reside in the skin and don't touch the air. Both of them are located in the T-zone since it is the area with the highest concentration of sebaceous glands.
Clearing Blackheads with Ayurveda
Excess Pitta and Ama generate toxins that accumulate in the skin's pores. These toxins dehydrate and ooze out when you press the pores. Very often, the skin pores explode. Dirt and pollutants from the air are deposited there, causing blackheads. After steaming, black grains pop out if you press them. You will see many black dots on the face if you do not cleanse them.
Internal treatments, including purifying the skin and reducing Pitta and Ama, are necessary to remove blackheads. Externally, the pores of the skin need to be cleaned.
