1) Wheat & refined flour
The gluten content in wheat and refined flour causes severe inflammation and blockages, disrupts the blood sugar levels, and may cause irritability and indigestion.

2) Sugar and Sugar drinks
Sugar is the worst ingredient & you should avoid it completely. Sugary drinks only increase your calorie intake and has no health benefit at all. Sugar or sugar drinks can lead to fat gain, obesity, diabetes, or other health problems.
What is the alternative? Instead of sugar, you can use palm jaggery in your tea or coffee. Instead of sugar drinks, drink plenty of water. In fruit juices, Pomegranate juice is the best source.
3) Salt
Salt is an important nutrient for the body. But consuming too much salt causes high blood pressure, heart problems, kidney problems & water retention. All processed foods, junk foods, and packed foods have high salt levels, which are harmful to health. Hence, we need to minimize its daily consumption by limiting to a maximum of 5 gms per day.
A healthy alternate for normal salt is Pink salt.
4) Fermented foods
Fermented food might not work well for everyone. It can cause bloating, gas, inflammation in the body. It can also cause headaches or migraine in many people.
5) Red Meat
Red meat food is bad for your health, such as beef, pork, lamb, etc. has a higher level of saturated fat, which is bad for the body. Saturated and trans-fat can increase cholesterol, cause high blood pressure and heart problems.
A good alternative is Chicken, rabbit meat.
There are many other food items such as white bread, sausages, fast food meals, processed cheese and meat, pastries, cakes, fries, etc., which are unhealthy and take a toll on your health in the long run. A better way is to avoid them.
So the bottom line is, look for a healthy option - follow mindful eating habits. Generally, avoid everything such as processed foods and junk foods, as they are loaded with sugar, salt, and animal fat.
