What is the cause of PCOS/PCOD problems?
Generally, it is because of too little estrogen and too much testosterone hormones in women. It becomes difficult to get pregnant. In PCOD, there are many small cysts formed in the ovary from eggs that rupture every month.

- Periods with heavy bleeding for more than 10-15 days, sometimes having delayed cycles for 45-60 days

How Ayushakti’s infertox treatment is remarkable in treating PCOD, irregular cycle and Fibroid?
Infertox treatment is a combination of diet, lifestyle, herbs and ancient proven detox panchakarma treatments.
Proven diet: Your diet should include 60% of vegetables and 30% protein.
Eat more of: whole grains such as oats, brown rice, whole wheat and quinoa. These contain lots of B and E vitamins that are essential for cellular reproduction and hormonal balance.
Proteins like beans, peas, peanuts, fish, chicken, mung beans and lentils are a rich source of amino acids which are good for muscles and reproductive eggs. The rich source of iron in these foods help prevent anaemia, decreases the risk of ovulatory infertility and improves the functions of red blood cells.
Yams contain an ovulation stimulating substance and are rich in vitamins. Berries like raspberries and blueberries are loaded with antioxidants that protect the body from cell damage.
Spinach and other leafy greens are an excellent source of folic acid which is a huge fertility booster. It also helps healthy ovum production.
To Avoid: bread, pizza, pasta, chapati, bhakari and rice. Occasionally three teaspoons of rice and ½ millet or jowari chappati are okay. Avoid sugary foods as much as possible like cakes, desserts, soda, fatty foods like pork, beef, fried foods, spicy foods, refined foods like polished rice and refined flour, alcohol and caffeinated beverages. Intake of sodium and animal proteins should be limited.
