• How can I stop Ayushakti e-mails from going into my spam folder?
a) We take extreme care not to spam our customer’s mail boxes. However, due to personal settings, sometimes our emails may land in your spam / junk mail folder. You will need to add Ayushakti email address (order@ayushakti.com and donotreply@ayushakti.com) in your trusted sender list e.g.

a) Based on the choices you have made during various online / offline interactions with us, we would communicate with you periodically for event based communications such as order information, renewal notices, invites, reminders, special offers etc.

•I searched but I can’t find the product which I saw in Ayushakti Super Market stores.
It is possible that you may not find an item/product you saw in the super market store since it could have gone out of stock or it may not be a part of our online range at present.

You can directly search for the product you are looking for through the search field provided on every page. Alternatively, you can navigate through our site map for categories in which you are most likely to find your desired product.
Payment / Tender related Queries
•How can I make a payment?
a) Currently we accept VISA & MASTER Credit Cards and Debit Cards only (if your issuing bank has enabled them for online transaction)
•Do you accept debit cards?
a) Yes (if your issuer bank permits online transactions)
•Do you accept payment through Cheque/Demand Draft?
a) No. Currently we do not accept payment through Cheque/Demand Draft
•Do you have Cash on Delivery option?
No. Currently we do not offer cash on delivery facility.
•Is Stop-payment allowed in case I realize my card has been misused or a purchase made fraudulently?
You will need to report the incident to your card issuing bank.
•What should I do if my credit/debit card has been misused when I am trying to make a payment online?
a) Please refer to our privacy policy, which mentions that we do not collect or receive your credit card information. This is collected directly by the Bank’s payment gateway.
b) If you believe that your credit card has been misused, then please report the incident to your card issuing bank immediately.
•Can I pay in-store or in Ayushakti Super Market for a product bought online?
As of now we do not offer such facility.
Cancellation / Returns / Refund related Queries
•What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
a) If the item is out of stock when you are trying to add it to your Basket, you will be informed immediately and the item won’t get added to the Shopping Cart.
b) However, if the item goes out of stock after it has been added to your Shopping Cart but before check out is completed, you will be informed before you ‘Continue’. You would then need to remove it from your bag before proceeding to ‘Continue’.
c) If an item goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order-confirmation, then we will put forward our best attempt to service the order by sourcing it. In the event that we are unable to source the product for you, or if it is likely to take longer than 7 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and inform you of the likely date of the shipment.
•Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order for?
No. However, in some cases where the order quantities are large, we may verify in order to ensure your security, to confirm that you have indeed ordered for these products
•Can I cancel an order or an item?
No. You cannot cancel the order once it is placed and paid for.
•Can I change shipping address of the order?
Yes, You can change the shipping address before your order is billed and shipped by calling Customer Care on 09220880939 (10:00 am to 6:00 pm) or mail us at order@ayushakti.com and send us your order no., contact person details, phone nos. along with the new shipping address. If incase the products has been shipped then we will not be liable/ responsible.
•What is your return and replacement policy?
We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy, which is applicable to most products sold on ayushakti.com. Please refer to our returns policy for more details
•Can I return my product to your super market store?
a) No, products are not returnable in our stores.

•I am concerned about the security aspects related to typing out my credit card number online.
a) Please be assured that we do not receive/ store your card details. When you enter the card details you are redirected to Eazy2Pay payment gateway powered by the IDBI Bank secure payment site. IDBI Bank exchanges the data provided by you with your card issuing bank through a Secured Socket Layer. Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive / store your card details. •Is the information I enter encrypted?
Yes. We encrypt all credit / debit card or payment information using 128 bit encryption programs and the same Thawte Secured.

•Where do you deliver? Or; do you deliver to my city?
We currently deliver to major cities in India. To check delivery to your locality, please check for Pin Codes we deliver to.

•Do you deliver out of India? Do you have plans to deliver out of India?
No.we do not ship out of India
•Are there any places/ items for which delivery might take longer?
Expected time taken to despatch the shipment is given against each product on the respective product details page. Typically all Mumbai deliveries are completed within 2 days post shipment and deliveries outside Mumbai deliveries are completed within 2 to 4 days post shipment. Once we receive your order, we make all attempts to deliver within the committed time. However, it might take longer than expected in some areas due to poor logistics.
•What happens if I am out when you deliver?
The courier agency will leave a message and attempt again. We urge you to plan and coordinate the purchase in such manner that the shipment is accepted when delivered.
•What if my order arrives damaged?
If you notice that the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately by calling us at Customer Care on 09220880939 (10:00 am to 6:00 pm) or email us at order@ayushakti.com

We charge for shipping. Our shipping charges vary based on the weight of the total products. For more details please refer to our shipping policy. Please note we do not charge additionally for any Octroi in this regards.
•Are there any additional charges for delivery?
No, so please do not make any payment to the person delivering your order in this regard.
•How are shipping charges calculated?
The shipping charges and service tax on shipping charges is added to your order amount on the billing page after you have indicated the shipping address. To view our shipping charges please refer to our shipping policy.
•How do I Track my Shipment?

•Who will pay the charges for the shipment returned?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return the products, please do not accept the delivery. Normally registrations do not expire. We will reactivate your account after verification of some details to confirm your identity.
