According to Ayurveda, toxins accumulates in the body due to wrong diet and life style. The undigested heavy food creates mucousy toxins of Aama and these toxins and excess air deposits in joint tissues then creates inflammation, stiffness and pain. The flexibility of joints reduces gradually and pain increases in your back, neck, knees and other joints. This is called Arthritis.
If the joints pain is just started and you are feeling occasional stiffness, difficulty in climbing steps or mild morning stiffness, you can manage this pain only through diet, home remedies and very powerful herbs.
But if the pain is more than two years to 10 years, 3-4 weeks of Arthrox treatments with specific pain relieving massage, toxins removing purgation and enemas is very essential in relieving such conditions.

Mix all in half glass of warm water and drink two times daily.
Take one cup of Ajowain Powder and one cup of sont (Dry Ginger) Powder. Tie it in a thick cloth to make two balls of equal size. Heat this ball on a dry skillet. Apply this heated ball to the painful areas for at least 20 minutes and apply ayushakti’s Painmukti cream thereafter.
